Organisational committee was desperate after they had to reschedule the fifth round several times due to personal issues of some of the competitors. “At one moment it was beginning to look like it won’t happen at all”, said the head of the committee DOJEGAN. Finally they managed to come to an arrangement with all three competitors and the round was rescheduled for Monday instead of Saturday.
Theme of the round – Leonardo da Vinci produced three very interesting creations. We saw the first entire pixel art creation, a tank and recreation of one of Leonardo’s most famous drawings.
All three judges mostly agreed among themselves and their scores didn’t vary from each other. They were also very similar to the public scores

"Even though the creation lacks finesse it is clear which famous Leonardo's invention the builder tried to make. Where this creation encounters problems is that the overall appearance is too flat. If the builder wanted to follow Leonardo's designs, the tanks lacks slope armour and the shape is too rectangular. Cannons are also very simplistically made without much thought put into it. In the end the creation still manages to produce an satisfying result."

"A good idea, rather original as it's not one of his more famous works. However, they left it at the frame instead of finishing it with a roof or cover. They tried their best to make the round framework work in a square editor, but they neglected the inner frame that even the roof (or cover) doesn't go over. It also appears that they were unable to add the oars, whether this was due to time constraints or they simply overlooked it I am uncertain."

"Another recreation of a famous Leonardo drawing. Skill of terrain painting is undeniable although at a first glance the creation doesn't offer a much more than a few terrain painting and some lines. What manages to save the creation is the addition of small details; the amazing candle, an ingenious use of rocks to create writing on a papera and emboldening the feet and hands.

"A classic, and an exceptionally well done piece of work. The only thing I believe they could have done better is an improvement on the face."

Where others decided to recreate famous Leonardo's works, the builder inserts the Vitruvian Man into OGAT and merges it with a meme. A very creative twist on the theme of the round. However the Builder fails to follow the excellent idea with a good final creation. Instead the builder only manages to make a simple pixel art by using tiles and a few lines."

"A reasonably well made piece of pixelated art, it lacks the finesse and creativity of the other competitors and seems in some way to demean Da Vinci by turning him and his actual art, that was inspired by science, into a piece of comedy. The Vitruvian could have easily been improved on while at the same time maintaining the ambiguosities of pixelated art, in my opinion."
